These SMS Terms govern the text message program offered by Village Chicken (operated by Capital Flavors Catering Inc.). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Village Chicken sends recurring automated text messages, including order updates (order confirmations and ready-for-pickup notifications) and, where you opt in, occasional promotional offers and announcements.

How to opt in

You can opt in by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages at checkout, or by signing up on our Text Alerts page. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your orders and our promotions.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again.
